Key Responsibilities

• Strengthen client relationships with professionalism, positivity, and proactive communication.

• Capture high-quality listing media, including photos, videos, 3D scans, aerial footage, and floorplans.

• Create engaging social media content for agent branding projects (e.g., YouTube videos, short-form content, and community highlights).

• Ensure brand consistency across all projects, maintaining Sotex Media’s high standards.

• Organize and manage schedules, equipment, and files for a seamless workflow.

• Deliver exceptional on-site and remote client experiences, showcasing yourself as a trusted expert.

• Collaborate with the team to innovate and improve our creative processes.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.

• Passion for creativity and storytelling through media.

• A valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and ability to travel to shoots.

• Bonus: Prior experience with drones (FAA Part 107 license), gimbals, or real estate media is a plus, but not required.

• Perfect for someone in school or that already has another job.
